Western Hemisphere Information Exchange
The ACA Contracting Center of Excellence has announced a Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) set-aside for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Installations and Environment (OASA-I&E). The object of this project is to conduct three Demonstration/Validation projects in, or in cooperation with Brazil (or another suitable country if an international agreement is not reached to allow the timely execution of this contract) that will utilize bio-fuels for powering vehicles in support of military missions such as emergency and disaster assistance and to conduct a WHIX Bio-energy Conference for Western Hemisphere countries to exchange information on bio-energy technologies for military applications and missions.
